1. Esta Insignia designa pertenecientes al movimiento Scout. Esto significa que el niño o niña ya ha dado la promesa Scout. Algunos Scouts en lugar de esta banda llevan una flor de lis, hecho de un metal y otros como insignia.
2. Esta insignia designa que pertenecen a mi grupo de scouts «Lemmings». El joven animal salvaje, representado en un centro, es la imagen simbólica del lemming (un lemming es un animal, parece un ratón, que habita en la tundra. No tiene miedo al agua y pueden nadar a través de otro banco de depósito).
3. Sede de mi Organización Scout, que envuelve a los grupos de scouts de diferentes regiones de Rusia, se ubica la ciudad de Lower Novgorod (parte central de Rusia). No lejos de ella en el campamento del río Vetluga, Scouts llevan a cabo un campamento que se denomina "Vetluga" . Esta insignia recuerda a los Scouts el Campamento Vetluga-2007.
4. Esta Insignias es conseguido por todos los Scout, que participa en el juego Georgievskoy - (Un exámen Scouts muy difícil).
5. Esta Insignia la consiguen los Scouts, que aprueban el "test de Nieve" de la que te hablé(destrezas para sobrevivir en la nieve),
6. Y esta banda recuerda al 100 aniversario de los scouts en Rusia.
